Job Title: Report Analyst
Department: Smart – VisMin
Job Summary:
Report Analysts is responsible for consolidating data and other reports per project for submissions to clients.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Deployment Reports
- Consolidation of Deployment Report
- Checking of Maya Registration
- Follow up Maya Status
- Flexi Compliance Checking
- Check Time Ins-flexi
- Midday Report
- Consolidation of Midday
- End Day Report Consolidation including follow ups
- Summary of daily and weekly reports per project
- Summary Reports generated in flexiform
- Analysis of monitorning sheet encoding of reports versus flexiform
Administrative Functions
- Ensure that all the reports are submit to clients
- Ensure that all the data are true
- Provide support to the Operations team for other related tasks.
Management Support
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of both external and internal reports
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Statistics Mathematical
Experience: At least five (1-2) yrs. work experience in Activations or/and Operation
