The Hapi Boy is responsible for assisting the Hapi Salesman with deliveries, logistics operations, and dealer support tasks. This role requires physical capability, dependability, and a strong work ethic to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, as well as supporting overall sales operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the salesman to ensure the smooth execution of logistics and assist with daily dealer tasks.

1. Assist the Hapi Salesman in loading, unloading, and transporting products to assigned areas.
2. Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
3. Help with the preparation and organization of delivery schedules.
4. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving products safely and efficiently.
5. Ensure products are handled with care and properly secured during transport.
6. Assist in dealer-related tasks, such as restocking products, setting up displays, and maintaining product visibility.
7. Provide additional support as needed
8. Follow company protocols for deliveries, logistics, and customer interactions to enhance dealer satisfaction and sales performance.
9. Work closely with the Hapi Salesman to streamline logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow.
10. Communicate effectively with the salesman and other team members to address any logistical challenges or delays.
11. Handle all assigned duties with professionalism and reliability.

• High School Graduate or At least college undergraduate
• Proven experience in stockman or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or a similar role.
• Flexibility to adjust to new situations and challenges as they arise.
• Careful consideration of details to ensure accuracy and completeness in tasks.
• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and keep track of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Willing to do duty on fieldwork
