The Artist is responsible for the conceptualization and execution of the visual and/or multimedia requirements of his or her assigned projects. In addition to that, he or she is heavily involved in the overall conceptualization and is expected to contribute to all creative aspects of the project.

The Artist is given work that is clearly defined by their team’s creative lead and delivers the work consistently and with thoroughness.

1. Collaborate with the creative team and project managers to understand client objectives and develop & visualize creative solutions that are delivered on-time & in-full and at or above expectation.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development and production of highly compelling and competitive visual & multimedia output aligned with client objectives and agency goals.
3. Ensure all visual and multimedia materials adhere to brand guidelines, design principles, and technical considerations – while pushing creative boundaries.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools, integrating relevant innovations into design processes.
5. Adhere to the various work processes.
6. Represent the company during client and supplier meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in any artist, graphic designer or any related role
• Experience in the industry specific to the company’s operations.
• Strong artistic skills and a diverse portfolio of visual art.
• Proficiency in using art software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and artistic vision.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
